Every time I recommend you, I put my professional reputation on the line. If you screw up badly or your site goes down just as I recommend you, I look bad as well.

I know it's not reasonable to require 'Five 9's' of uptime, but whenever anything happens with a host, it always seems to be at the worst possible time. Cosmic Karma, maybe?
