Cyclists and Construction Work

It occurred me today while I was passing through a construction zone on Portland Street that the construction people whose job is to manage the Stop/Slow signs don't give much thought to cyclists. Going through the zone both ways today, neither time did they give me much thought. I just drove on through, curiously, without a response from them.

Two Words

Blowouts Suck.

At least I wasn't going top speed when I lost my front tire tube.

It’s just like I remembered it…

Earlier this week, I was out biking for the first time this season. Most of the maintenance I'd done on my bike held. I'm not entirely out of shape either: I made it to the other bridge in about 10 minutes. This bodes well for biking to work.
